During the month of December there were 75 homes (residential excludes condos) that sold in Kent, Washington. These homes all have the city listed as Kent which would include areas of unincorporated King County. Any of the homes out in Covington that are not in the Covington City limits will be reported in the Kent market data. Not a bad time to purchase a home in Kent, Washington. Prices are down, interest rates are at an all time low you might want to look at what it means to you.
